14-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your items, we offer the following return and exchange policy:

Returns Within 14 Days

• Items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery/purchase.

• Returns must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, labels, and receipts included.

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.

Store Credit After 14 Days

• After 14 days, returns are no longer eligible for a refund.

• Items returned after 14 days will be issued a store credit for the full amount of the purchase. 

• Store credit is issued on a gift card and can be used for any future purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items, such as custom-made or personalized products, are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

• Gift cards, clearance items, and some any items not in mint condition) may also be non-returnable.

• No refund or store credit on any item after 30 days from date of purchase.
